Permanent Hires:
Pre-screened candidates are provided to fulfill your permanent staffing needs.
Dedicated Recruiting:
For clients with significant hiring requirements, we can supply dedicated recruiting personnel. This model ensures consistency and quality throughout the hiring process and facilitates a better understanding of the client's specific hiring needs.
Recruitment Process:
  • Understand client's staffing requirements
  • Search and review resumes from our vast database of candidates as well as via various job boards
  • Develop a list of potential candidates based on requirements
  • Conduct technical and soft skills interviews with potential candidates
  • Short list candidates based on results of the interviews
  • Check references
  • Conduct background checks for selected candidates
  • Submit candidates to client
  • Sign contracts
  • Conduct regular follow-up with the client and consultant to evaluate performance
