Contract Hires:

Contract to Permanent:
A consultant is provided with the intent that the consultant will become an employee
of the company after a certain number of months or when a defined project is completed.
This model allows you to fully evaluate a consultant's capabilities prior to committing
to a hiring decision.
Permanent Hires:
Pre-screened candidates are provided to fulfill your permanent staffing needs.
Dedicated Recruiting:
For clients with significant hiring requirements, we can supply dedicated recruiting
personnel. This model ensures consistency and quality throughout the hiring process
and facilitates a better understanding of the client's specific hiring needs.
Recruitment Process:
- Understand client's staffing requirements
- Search and review resumes from our vast database of candidates as well as via various
job boards
- Develop a list of potential candidates based on requirements
- Conduct technical and soft skills interviews with potential candidates
- Short list candidates based on results of the interviews
- Check references
- Conduct background checks for selected candidates
- Submit candidates to client
- Sign contracts
- Conduct regular follow-up with the client and consultant to evaluate performance
