MDS Trader is a part of the MDS Group PLC, a publicly owned company with offices in Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Australia, United States and Europe. MDS provides traders and investors with an advanced trading software.
Project: Enterprise Prospect and Customer Management System
MDS Trader needed a complete sales and customer management solution to market its Market Analyzer Software. We developed everything, from its front-end promotional website to its back-end prospect and customer relationship management (CRM) and billing systems. They also required hosting and application management services, which are provided at COA Network's Tier 1 Data Center in Piscataway, N.J.
Project Highlights:
  • Created a Free Trial System that enables prospects to download a copy of the MDS Trader Software
  • Developed the Prospect Management System, which provides the worldwide sales team online access to prospects that have downloaded the software along with a contact log history.
  • Created the Leads Management System, which includes an email marketing component that enables the sales team to send automated HTML email messages to prospects based on a sophisticated set of parameters.
  • Developed a CRM system that provides customer service representatives functionality to manage customer accounts. The system includes a Help Desk Ticketing system
  • Created a Billing Module to handle recurring billing of the monthly service fees for the various data plans MDS offers. It also interfaces with five different payment processors to handle the currencies for each of the countries in which MDS is established.
  • Created an Online Seminar Registration System to handle the registration and payment for the trading seminars MDS conducts throughout Europe and Australia

It is the fastest-selling self-help book in the history of publishing, with 1.75 million copies in print within three months of its release, plus 1.5 million DVDs sold.
Project: Audio E-Learning System, The Secret Audio Universe
The Secret wanted to ride the success of its book and DVD by providing its clients with a continuing education program delivered via audio. We developed an intuitive system that enables students to access audio training from the teachers of The Secret via phone and online access. The entire application, including the telephony application, is hosted and managed at COA IT Solutions's Tier 1 Data Center in Piscataway, N.J.

  • Developed online registration and payment processing
  • Built a Teacher Module, which enables teachers of The Secret to record and broadcast audio trainings via phone or via the Back Office, where they can upload a MP3 or Wave file

Project: Virtual PBX Development
iTeleCenter needed a virtual PBX system that the company could market to small and home-based businesses. In addition, it needed to be developed quickly so that it could be market-ready in a timely manner, which would also ensure desired market share for the services offered.
